Summer is just around the corner and we need to take action.
Like the body and face, the hair needs protection and care!!!!
The sun is no longer a great ally in the care of both skin and hair and that is why I am writing this text.
So let’s look at a daily hair routine during the summer period.
What you should do first of all before you start your summer baths is to give your hair a very good cleanse (haircut) to ensure the health of the hair ends.
A second important thing to do is to change the products for your hair routine.
It is advisable to choose a moisturizing shampoo and definitely a conditioner that will ensure moisture to the hair.
Another product change is that of the leave-in. I would suggest you use a hair sunscreen that doesn’t wash off. Something like this is necessary for the whole day and certainly not only on the beach.
Finally 2 very very important things that you should not skip under any circumstances:
- You should always rinse your hair from the salt water before drying it, because sodium iodide is the first factor in hair dehydration and we don’t want dehydrated hair.
- During the week it is good to let your hair dry on its own without using a hair dryer after your hair washing routine. This will work as a very good hydration therapy.
From what you read above, the most important factor for the proper health of your hair during the summer is to keep it hydrated.
