You want long hair? Put these foods in your diet!!

Most of us love long hair, even if it causes us problems with the extra care it needs. Because it is not important to have long and unattractive unhealthy hair, but to have long, strong, strong and shiny hair that we will be proud of.

And because by asking you go to the city…. I asked the experts and found out the foods that magically help your hair grow longer, or to be more precise, stronger. So all you have to do to make your wish come true is to put these foods in your eating habits….

And do not forget the most basic for the proper functioning of the body and at the same time the strengthening, proper hydration of your skin and hair, is to drink enough water!

Include the following in your diet:

Whole foods,
Because of the zinc they contain, they instantly strengthen your hair.

Peanut butter,
Like whole foods, peanut butter has a lot of zinc… and this strengthens your body and especially your hair.

Nuts,
They have protein fatty acids, Omega 3, vitamin E and biotin, which your hair needs to be healthy. You can snack on almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts and any nut you like. Specifically, walnuts will give your body vitamin E, copper and biotin, which according to research helps hair loss, protects from the sun and finally keeps the natural color of hair shiny.

Apricots, Mango, Carrots, Sweet Potatoes and Pumpkin,
Because they are rich in beta-carotene, thus vitamin A, their consumption helps both your eyes and vision, as well as strengthening your hair.

Legumes,
Like peas, beans, beans, giants, chickpeas, are rich in biotin, which as mentioned above, helps strengthen hair.

Fish,
Best source of protein and omega 3 fatty acids. All of these help by providing a natural source of oil to your body and scalp, making your hair soft and shiny. So put salmon, sardines, tuna, mackerel and mackerel on your menu.

Eggs,
We all know how good eggs are for our health, as they contain zinc, sulphur, iron and selenium. These all help with hair loss.

Milk and yoghurt,
Sources of calcium and vitamin B5. What else does your hair want? All dairy products work. Put them in your daily diet. Just be careful, they should be low-fat products. We don’t want you to fix your hair and get fat!!!!

Avocado,
Rich in vitamins B and E that helps hair to grow longer while keeping the scalp healthy while moisturizing the ends of the hair.

Vitamin C,
Green greens, tomatoes, oranges, lemon, strawberries, berries, plums… and anything else that has vitamin C. This way, you help the blood circulation in your scalp follicles and reduce the chances of hair loss.

If you think about it, by putting these foods in your diet in addition to nice hair, you will have a healthy, beautiful body.
