Wrinkles and Brown spots: Fight them!!!!

Summer we are appreciated… and generally showing our naked body more, and in the sun!

How bad does the sun’s radiation do to our skin? When you’re young you don’t realize it and suddenly you grow up, look in the mirror and notice wrinkles, different colored spots and dull skin. Where’s your shine, girl?

There is a way to combat all of this and with natural ingredients.

Several years ago, from the 12th century BC, women in Morocco applied argan oil to their skin to enhance its glow, while 2,000 years ago, in Asia, rose water was the secret of their glowing image.

Today, in 2021, more and more cosmetic companies are enriching their products with active natural extracts, and even dermatologists who were more sceptical about natural products are confirming the action of some ingredients with proven results.

Do you know what these magic ingredients are? Some I’m sure you know, others… read on to find out. If anything, strive to be present, in the therapeutic, natural cosmetics you buy!

Bakuchiol
A relatively unknown substance, which comes from the plant, psoralea corylifolia, which thrives in Asia and is rich in antioxidants. Specifically, this substance is something like retinol, but much more effective and tolerated by the skin. According to research, bakuchiol, applied topically, is used to treat vitiligo, smooth wrinkles, improve photo-aging and reduce scars and freckles.

Aloe
We all know it in theory and it is time to learn it in practice. Aloe is moisturizing and soothing, as it contains nutrients, vitamins and minerals. It can heal the skin and eliminate wrinkles, burn marks, rashes, irritation and dryness.

Gotu kola
A healing herb, also from Asia, which has been used for years to heal wounds and treat psoriasis. According to studies, this type of almost peppermint, activates the reaction of fibroblasts to produce proteins that repair the skin and reduce deep wrinkles and fine lines, and it has

Argan oil
In several therapeutic bottles that are out there on the market, this oil has started to be included. For someone who wants nourishment, firming and hydrating skin, it is ideal. It contains vitamin E, sterols, phenolic compounds and has antioxidant properties fighting premature aging and skin sagging. It can also be used to prevent against damage caused by solar radiation.

Activated carbon
Since prehistory in Asia, there has been… and usually rich women used it.
It has excellent absorbent, detoxifying capacity and beneficial properties. It does not have any smell and is derived from charcoal from burnt wood and plant fibres such as coconut, bamboo and coconut bark. It is ideal for oily or acneic skin and is usually found in masks, scrubs, creams and soaps for deep cleansing, exfoliation and detoxification. It can act as a magnet to absorb environmental pollutants, toxins and makeup and is one of the best choices for your skin cleanser.

Coconut oil
If you don’t know it, find out. It is a magical oil that contains magnesium, potassium, calcium, iron and vitamin E and is good for your skin and hair.
It is antioxidant, anti-aging and anti-inflammatory and is commonly used, among other things, to treat mild cases of psoriasis and eczema.
