Unhappy customer?

This is a difficult issue, the truth is.

But it happens and we have to learn to deal with it from whatever angle we are in.

So let’s talk today about the situation I often face.

Let’s talk about you visiting a beauty spot but for X X reason you are not satisfied.

First of all, I want to tell you that I understand you and I wish you well!

A person who offers services, whatever they may be, does not go to work saying“let me displease some people today.”

But you want a little bit of the bad mood, a little bit of something that made us sad, a little bit of the priest’s words, a little bit of incense… it happens!

What do you do next?

If you’re on the client’s side:

The most important thing of all is to talk! Not to fight because there is also the possibility that in some cases you may have a share of the responsibility.

But speak!

It’s the best thing you can do if you don’t like something, something didn’t turn out the way you thought it would, even if it turned out the way you asked for it but in the end you feel it doesn’t suit you, brother!

The first to know is the one who created it so that he can find you the right solutions if you both have the will and the desire, of course, because they go both ways!

So say what you don’t like because it’s a shame to address someone else who doesn’t know the history and of course can’t take a position on it.

It is also unfair for your pocket to keep paying for things which, if it is the responsibility of the creator, he has to correct and change them.

If you are on the side of the creator:

Yes, it is difficult to understand the needs in many cases. Because these most often stem from emotional deficiencies that we come to cover by changing our hair! Especially women.

The first thing to do is not to be selfish!

Listen, see, hush!

Let her tell you what she thinks and if you can’t understand, talk with pictures, with colour charts and by any means as long as you understand a large percentage of what she is asking.

Now in case something goes wrong (it happens !) if it is your responsibility admit it and face it at any cost, mental or financial.

Don’t mess up, find a solution and at least try to handle it as best you can.

Conclusion.

Providing a service to women who trust you with their hair is very difficult!

Hair is for many women a symbol of power and femininity.

Some are relaxed about changing them and some are not!

Love the person who “wears” them first so you can treat them with patience and as they deserve.

And if you see that in some cases there is no chemistry between you and your client then it would be good to simply NOT take over.

So you will be satisfied because we put our mental health first and then our wallet!
