5 things you shouldn’t do to your hair

Here I am again! Today you learn what 5 secrets you shouldn’t do to your hair.

I’m sure you find it tedious and in your heart you are thinking of stopping reading the article at this moment.
But something keeps you from giving up and you’re right!

Now read with a positive mind and a clear head what 5 things I don’t do to my hair and I don’t want you to do either.

Secret number 1

Do not hold your hair too tightly for more than 1 time per week.
That’s because you’re creating irreversible traction alopecia. Try different ways every day.

Secret number 2

Do not use hair elastics.
The elastics artificially damage your hair and break it.
With that break, welcome scissors!

Secret number 3

Do not enter the pool with dehydrated and dry hair.
Entering with dry hair then they act like a sponge and absorb everything that is not needed.
One of these is chlorine.

Secret number 4

Sleeping with wet hair?
Never!
Apart from the fact that you will certainly get caught and wake up with a “final sigma”, you are therefore at risk of more damage.
Hair when wet is at its weakest moment.
So dry them and then lie down!

Secret number 5

Dry your hair very well before you blow dry it.
So you don’t need extra time with intense heat in the drying process.
Ideally keep the towel on your head for 5 minutes ONLY.

I hope I have convinced you to try or “quit” some bad habits.

Try it before it’s too late!
