The moment came, the moment we all met and the result was a complete success!
It was a moment that the whole team of the “Postgraduate Program in Hairdressing” was looking forward to.
From September until today, our trainees have been working, trying and toiling to achieve excellence.
To prove in the final exams that they are 5-star hairdressers!
Time passed, the demands were rising and everyone was preparing.
Of course as our program is not just learning, but preparation for the daily demands of the salon,
so the exams would have the same character.
So we organized a two-day “test”.
On the first day, a workshop was held, where all participants had the opportunity to do a short review of the
to everything we’ve seen together in the last six months.
I should note here that as we have participants from all over Greece some people travelled to be with us.
On the other hand, those who couldn’t make it, were again with us online.
So they didn’t lose anything at all.
How close technology brings us!
The first day ended with a dinner at a local restaurant, where we relaxed, got closer, laughed and had a great time!
The day of the examination
As we said, our training is about the conditions of a salon with a normal workflow.
So our exams could not be more different.
Inside the Salon of the Salon, our trainees welcomed women, whom we requested from the Welfare Department and who were in need
from this care and who could not otherwise receive this care.
Each hairdresser welcomed his client, discussed with her, designed a renewal plan, based on the diagnostic questionnaire
that he has built himself and started.
We’re talking about a total color refresh, a haircut, and a short hairstyle at the end.
The process is completed with the necessary photo for their professional social media.
All of the above are pieces that they have been trained on and are essential in a commercial salon flow.
We continued with written exams on the theory of various modules that have been taught.
We closed with the last and very creative task.
Days before, they had received instructions to plan and prepare a hairstyle of their own aesthetic.
They had to do this on a training dummy.
The so different images made us understand how important the different aesthetics that each of us has plays a role.
and that creation is inexhaustible!
As for the people who did not manage to come to us and those who have exactly the same tasks to carry out
and will be assessed on this basis.
Success is a given
The results will be available shortly.
Excellent is the 5 stars.
If one has not been able to earn them, one can stay where one is, but one can also continue practicing,
individually now, and in 2 months to be re-examined and then become a 5 Star Hairdresser!
Whatever the results, the fact is this.
That we are building a new mindset and a new way of thinking in our trainees.
So our goal is for the Hairdresser to be liberated, to become a Stylist Hairdresser.
A creator who avoids stagnation but also seeks daily evolution.
