This is what we need to discover and offer her!

We always start from the beginning. What is the scope of our work?
The woman is our main protagonist.
And boys of course are a great audience, but women are a more demanding audience
and that’s why today we’re going to tackle the hardest!

To begin with, today’s woman is on a constant run. Time, obligations, requirements. Everything is running.
However, most women try not to neglect themselves.
They do what they can to take some time for their appearance and self-care.
This moment is for them a moment of carefree and calm.

What is our role in this moment?

So we have to listen to the client.
What he needs, what he needs. And what he says, but also what he doesn’t say.
Set up a pleasant experience for her.
How are we going to do that?
With three small, but proven secrets that always work!

First of all, we start with information.
I explain to my client what I do step by step.
I explain to her exactly what I’m doing now, what’s next and why.
That way she feels part of the process and understands exactly what is happening to her at that moment, so she feels more comfortable with me.

Then, I continue with the training.
I train my client to do her own hair.
Okay, not what she would do at the salon, but by giving her some tips that will make her beautiful every day,
so I’ll give her a new image of the services she gets from me.
My goal is twofold: she will feel confident with me and she will definitely tell her friends how happy she is.
There is no better advertising than a satisfied customer!

Finally, I make the motivation for the next visit.
I suggest a change for our next date.
I’ll get her imagination going for something new and I’m sure the next date will be much earlier.
This way she will feel that I am not just providing her with hairdressing services, but I am her personal hair stylist!

All of the above are tips that I have discovered empirically and over the years in the salon.
The daily friction with customers and the effort to offer excellent service,
So these are the characteristics of a good hairdresser who wants to succeed.
