First of all to have more and more people in your space where you now have too much competition
you have to have something more than others don’t have.
So how to make your business special?

For a start I will tell you that your knowledge should undoubtedly be excellent so that you can always keep ahead of the competition.
It must be stressed that very basic but in addition to your skills you must have knowledge
and on the business side, which is equally important.

One trick to get your customers to make their presence felt frequently on the site is to create both a
great experience where people can’t help but talk about your business to friends and family
or even to strangers.

Digital media and social media are now the key tool for maintaining the visibility of a salon.

When the brain receives positive messages from smiles it immediately releases enzymes that boost mood
and serotonin the hormone of joy.
Greet the customer with warm and genuine smiles because facial expressions are so contagious that patrons will do the same.
Remember each customer by name, it makes them feel special.
Reward your loyal customers with free services or products.

Information is everything in a place of beauty.
Knowledgeable staff provides better quality work, higher sales in the salon and earns extra respect.
