Should a salon have Social Media ?

Of course!
Like any modern business, a salon must have & maintain Business Accounts on Social Media.

What purpose do they serve?

Their purpose is to show photos of your work, your professional space and to post
your company’s contact details.
They help to keep in touch with your existing customers and reach new ones or to run ads.

I have no knowledge of such applications. What should I do?

In the corresponding Salon Proactive seminar you can be trained by us, you or other members of your team.
Otherwise, we recommend the right professional to take care of your Social Media profiles on a professional level.

What content will I upload? Haircuts and hairstyles?

Of course, Social Media is the perfect place to upload your work,
give your customers ideas on what to ask for on their next visit.
In addition, we propose the following:

  • -team presentation
  • -presentation of an event (e.g. colour festival)
  • -explanation of premium services-your competitive advantage
In general, your posts should answer the customer's question: "Why would I come to your salon?"

How can I reach my competitors who have large profiles with many followers?

This is also an objective.
