Differences with the chunky highlights of the 90s
The chunky highlights of the 90s had a big color difference from the tone of the base.
Today this difference is not more than 2-3 tonnes.
Indeed, the tufts are thinner, giving the impression of a more chic image.
We limit the chunky highlights to the front and that’s why we refer to it as a money piece.
So we combine two techniques: chunky highlights on the face frame and balayage on the rest of the hair!
Also in today’s world, hair is not combed exclusively straight.
On the contrary, we recommend the technique on curly and curly hair.
