We are becoming a team!
We are now heading towards two months of training and the team of the Postgraduate Programme in Hairdressing,
is well and truly in the mood.

My first goal when we started was to get the trainees to bond with each other and work cooperatively.
This is a difficult goal, since the distance between them can be a barrier to them being free and comfortable with each other.
In our first few days everyone was a bit tense, but as the days went by and with various breaking ice “games”,
they all started to unfold.
Group work and some challenges helped me in this project.

Now my children – because that’s how I see them – have a comfort in showing us their true selves.
Both with each other and with the camera.
In a very short time we managed to get them talking to the camera, uploading their videos on social media
and show the world what they do.

And they do a lot!
The training is continuous, with techniques aimed at knowledge and application in salon conditions.
Because theory is good, but as a post-educational program, we aim at deep knowledge of the reality of the salon.
and the needs that it has.
This reality requires, proper planning, smart and fast techniques that offer quality and modern
results in less time.

Diversity wins!

Our team is made up of different people, each with different goals to achieve.
Someone then wants to find a good job, others want to take over a family business.
Someone else to upgrade the business they may have, or may wish to open their own salon.

Whatever the goal, the path is one. The quest for knowledge and evolution.
We have said before that success is something that comes through cooperation.
And I can proudly say that without even being 1/3 of the way through this year, we achieved this goal!

I have the pleasure, in today’s article, to introduce you to the Artistic Team of Digital Hair Academy,
the team of this year’s Graduate Program.
Of course there are also people who are not comfortable with projecting their image to the public.
These are the people we keep for our own company!
