Thanks to L’Oréal Professionnel‘s exclusive steam technology, a continuous flow of dry steam is provided from a
special pump ensuring a constant flow rate of 0.8 g of dry steam per minute – the optimum rate,
for a high performance result on the hair.

Combining the power of steam with the special comb, SteamPod 4 brings out the beauty of every hair type.
What makes SteamPod 4 unique, of course, is its wear-minimizing technology.
Reduction of breakage by up to 95% in curly & frizzy hair, and by 91% in coily hair.
Thanks to its large plates, it reaches closer to the root.
For perfect application on any type of hair regardless of its density, which is very important
for hair types 5 & 6, i.e. curly and frizzy hair that has a lot of volume.
So the curlier the hair, the better the performance.
The built-in water reservoir allows you to mould up to 192 metres of hair without having to refill it.
For maximum safety, the device is switched off after 30 minutes of inactivity.
Also, the cord rotates 360° and is 2.5 metres long to make your movements and styling easier.
The top plate is thinner and more rounded, for more shapely curls.
With 3 temperature settings, so it can be used on any type of hair.
Finally, the temperature is checked 250 times per second to ensure the exact temperature on the plates.
