Hello.
My name is Jenny Kamaradou and I am an occupational psychologist and business consultant specializing in personnel management and leadership development with the aim of organizing and managing salons.

My Studies

First of all, I have degrees in Business Administration and Management from ASOEE and a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology
from the University of Liverpool.

In addition, I have become certified in the use and analysis of the Quintax psychometric test.
This aims to capture the professional personality and profile of the candidate,
his role in the team and his leadership style.
By combining the results of the Quintax psychometric test with the candidate’s goals and needs, I provide a specific plan of action and development of leadership skills.

I have also received the “Foundations of NeuroLeadership” certification from the pioneering Neuroscience Leadership Institute
New York.
This certification is a comprehensive range of knowledge in relation to the translation of human behaviour and interaction in the workplace and brain function.

I am DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) certified, having received my education certification from the renowned Northwestern University
of the United States.
This certification therefore reinforces my knowledge of the value of accepting diversity among team members.

In terms of consumer service and consumer behaviour psychology I have been trained in Neuromarketing by the University of Copenhagen and in User Experience Design by the UX Institute.
This knowledge also helps in the creation of procedures and techniques to provide excellent service.

Finally, having 25 years of experience in the industry, I founded Salon Proactive, which has been in business for 18 years.
Influenced by my industry knowledge from working for a multinational industry company and having industry professionals in my family, I decided to create a team of experts to support salon, nail sal on and barber shop owners in financial management, customer service, staff development and leadership style.
The aim is always to maximize the organization and management of the salons.
