Improve your health…by drinking water with lemon!!!!

As soon as you get up in the morning, there is a magic potion that if you make it part of your daily routine, you will change your health and your life. Drink a glass of lemon water every morning, before breakfast and see your face, skin, body and body in general improve noticeably and immediately.

Vitamin C: Citrus fruits, such as lemons, are rich in vitamin C, an antioxidant that helps protect cells from free radical damage, prevent and speed recovery from the common cold, and reduce cardiovascular disease, stroke and blood pressure.

Hydration: some people don’t like the taste of water, or even if they do, they can’t drink 2 litres, as experts advise. But if lemon is added to the water, then the taste automatically changes, we drink water and hydrate our body.

Weight loss: Almost all the diets mention that we should include lemon in our eating habits. Do you know why? Because lemon contains polyphenols, which reduces weight. It also regulates blood glucose levels and improves insulin resistance, two factors responsible for the development of type 2 diabetes.

Better skin: vitamin C prevents the formation of wrinkles, dryness of the skin due to aging and damage caused by solar radiation.

Proper digestion: Drinking a glass of water with lemon in the morning helps your bowels to work better, as lemon also acts as a mild laxative, so it also prevents constipation.

Prevents the formation of kidney stones: The citric acid in lemons makes urine less acidic and can even break down kidney stones.

Cool breath: Lemon increases saliva production, preventing dry mouth, which is responsible for bacterial proliferation and thus bad breath.
In cases where you forgot and ate something tasty but stinky and you have an important meeting at the office in the morning, drink a glass of water with lemon before you go to bed and a glass when you wake up. You will smell like a different person!!!!
