It’s hard to build a team. It takes courage, patience and perseverance, but if you get it right it is the key to success in all areas.
The whole, never, never works by individual tactics and behaviours.
The team aims at a strategy consisting of rules and discipline.
The successful team follows all this with the aim of realizing the dreams of all its members!
A team is when all individuals bring out their best and offer their skills for the good of the whole.
You take the most important traits, the most distinctive abilities of each person and instead of stifling them to be better, you use them and enhance them, because you simply know. You know that if somebody runs faster, or has a better voice, or can simply come on time, it means that the team runs faster or has a better voice and so on. It means that the advantage of one is the advantage of the whole.
Similarly, the disadvantage of one is mitigated and almost disappears if the team is willing to cover it with elements that may be superior to some as opposed to others.
And that’s where the magic is. All forces accumulate into a component, which, contrary to the laws of physics, never results in zero.
It’s a family, a family that you chose and didn’t even know you needed so much. It is a miniature of society with all that implies. He has the one who shouts a lot, he has the other one who brings fruit so that no one goes hungry. But both, if they are missing, a cell is lost, a characteristic is lost, like a face that suddenly has one eye removed.
The teams get to know you with yourself, they make you understand that man alone cannot achieve everything he wants. But together with others, really together, man can achieve what he never imagined he could. And together, however difficult it may be, is always a step further, another step towards the goal.
I was born professionally through a team. We all created something together that seemed incredible in my eyes. The team taught me to cooperate, to share, to listen, to feel, to compete because even competition is the motivation to try.
Today I’m building groups of hairdressers where the hairdressers are all beautiful people. Social, creative, competitive artists, restless.

And I come into this absolute audience to create, to encourage, to excite and to enthuse.
My desire to build my own team came true and I continue non-stop with building many teams…with different wonderful and unique people.
My experience from the little time I have shared in this new start of my digital workshops , fills me with optimism and positivity. Experienced and beginner hairdressers in groupakia meet, share, collaborate & interact, exchange ideas and experiences.
All beautiful, very beautiful… and I dream of growing the groups and we all become one big circle of support and interaction, like all those groups we built in the quarantines with the remarkable pioneers… Names we don’t name, we all know, who filled us with optimism!
