The bruises or bruises, now in the summer, are the most worrying.
Not only do we perceive them more easily, but we also create them more easily.
If you create them often, you’ll know they can appear on any part of your body.
Should you be worried or is it nothing of particular importance?
Bruises are discolorations of the skin, in shades of blue, green, yellow, black or a combination of these three shades, depending on when and why it happened.
The procedure is simple. Theoretically, you’re hitting... destroying blood vessels, which bring the blood up to the surface of the skin, just below the epidermis, and that’s where you see the color change. The bruises go away on their own, after 2,3 weeks…maybe even a month!
What are the reasons for their occurrence?
Α. Intense physical activity and minor injuries can cause bruising and bruising of the skin.
Β. The sun’s rays and excessive sunbathing damage the skin and can often cause problems with blood vessels, bruising and discoloration.
Γ. If you are deficient in vitamin B12, C or K (related to blood clotting).
Δ. If blood clotting is affected by a side effect of a medication, blood vessels may break.
Ε. Those who have diabetes and have a problem with their circulatory system
Ζ. In cases where someone has sepsis, thrombocytopenia, haemophilia, leukaemia, Hodgkin’s lymphoma and any platelet and blood dysfunction.
