I will start with a question: How do you deal with things?

Is your psychology such that it is easy for you to recognize the good things?
Or are you possessed by a negativity and looking for the flaws in everything?

Positive psychology is a term that has been around a lot in recent years.
The difficult circumstances, the confinement, the uncertainty created by the pandemic,
have led us to be cautious or even negative towards new challenges or opportunities.

But when is the moment when we put an end to it and the glass we are looking at becomes half full?

Of course we don’t change, neither we nor our psychology, from one moment to the next.
Like anything that develops us and makes us better, it takes work and effort.
First of all, we have to make the decision ourselves.
“From today I will become a different person.”
And indeed we should.
Easy? Change always takes effort.
50% of this effort is the decision.
If you get it, you’ll make it.

Don’t go through the process of comparing yourself to others, especially the over-perfect, over-joyed ones,
super-successful people you see on social media.
Yes, there is such a thing as toxic positivity and it is that which leads you in a constant pursuit of a happiness that, quite simply, does not exist.

What will make you happy and give you a positive psychology towards things is up to you.
What gives you joy doesn’t mean it will be the same for me.
Seek positivity, where your emotions lead you.
Look for it in music, in art, in creation, but also in the sea, on a trip, or even on a walk.
Be inspired by positive people who will influence you with their words and actions.
I have found this inspiration in the words of my beloved Agni Mariakaki.
Her advice is a balm for the soul of anyone who wishes to listen.

When you choose positive psychology in your life, you will find that you will also improve how you deal with your work.
Our work is 1/3 of our daily life.
Isn’t it a shame to not have a good time for 1/3 of your productive life?

Change things, improve things, for you and for your own happiness.
When you see opportunities, take them, time does not turn back.

You’ll be able to do all this once your sign becomes positive.
Positive psychology, positive mood, calm and serenity.

The first step for the new day will be taken by you.
