Halkidiki and an expression that we hear constantly, not without reason.
A destination that the people of Thessaloniki love and as it has been shown over the years,
during the summer months Thessaloniki “moves” towards Halkidiki.
But wait a minute because it’s time for us to make our foray and I’ll explain exactly why,
for which this year, you must go too.

Shaped like the trident of Neptune, the promontories of Halkidiki rise up into the Aegean Sea.
Green forests reach down to the beach, where the reflections of the golden sunlight
add sparkling shades to the turquoise waters.
Large areas of beautiful and ever-changing coastline, unique archaeological sites,
world-famous Christian monuments, lesser-known natural wonders and man-made masterpieces,
contributed to the formation of the region’s diverse identity,
made even more interesting by the rich local gastronomic and cultural heritage.

Experiences that you will never forget!

If you go don’t forget to do anything:
-Biking on the paths of Alexis Zorbas
-Go (depending on the time you have) to the 61 beaches of Mount Athos.
-Bathing on the enchanting beaches of Halkidiki.

A breathtaking combination of blue and green!

In this fascinating canvas of blue and green, you will find large hotels built to the highest standards,
especially in cosmopolitan Cassandra, the westernmost peninsula.
Traditional seaside guesthouses and marinas along the coastline of Sithonia (middle peninsula)
and archaeological sites such as Ancient Olynthos and Stagira, the birthplace of Aristotle.
Last but not least.
Mount Athos: the easternmost peninsula is home to a unique Christian Orthodox monastic state,
inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
It is a millennia-old living proof of Byzantine civilization, surrounded by unspoilt nature.
Important note, Mount Athos only accepts male visitors.
