L’Oréal Professionnel Paris Inspiration Days are on the road!
The unique experience of Inspiration Days began, with the third destination being Heraklion, Crete, with two days full of inspiration.
The sole objective of these two days?
Inspiration and education from great professionals in the field!
The first day was a look and learn seminar, while the second day was a workshop.
Two days full of colour, craftsmanship and essential tips for the professional hairdresser.
Color!
L’Oréal pro artists, Tina Stergiopoulou and Agapi Styliidou were there once again,
in order to showcase new trends and colour techniques.
Tina Stergiopoulou presented new proposals urging people not to be influenced by what the client can do,
already in her hair.
Sounds easy, but how often do hairdressers suggest to clients with blonde highlights,
to do French Glossing Bronze in red tones?
So, this is what Tina did and she recommended to the hairdressers not to stay with the result but to observe the client
who visits their salon and especially her eyes, skin and clothes.
As a result of this advice, one model went from blonde to brunette, and the other from brunette to blonde!
The people who were there actively participated, asked questions and in the end left with a lot of inspiration to create.
Agapi Styliidou shared her knowledge about the new French Glossing Bronze service, which inspired this service
was the color palette of the makeup, and of course in shades of bronze, colors that combine warm and cool,
but the result is still warm.
The flawless “marriage” of colors, came to be completed with a haircut based on French finesse.
With the use of Metal Detox, the hair maintained impeccable quality, although the changes we saw were huge!

On stage, George Spanos, CEO of Sage Bridge Sophisticated, took the stage,
for a presentation that helped professional hairdressers to make their business more profitable but also more orderly.
Haircut
This was followed by a very creative presentation by Hair Expert Konstantinos Sklavenitis and George Doukas,
who presented on stage haircut techniques, highly “topical” for this year!
The two hair artists were inspired by the ’70s and ’90s, but with their techniques, they brought haircuts to 2023.
What was unique about these techniques was that the hairdressers who attended the seminar,
they could apply them the next day in the salon but at the same time, one step further,
could be used for more editorial and fashion looks.
The techniques they highlighted were not dogmatic but evolving, so each practitioner based on his own technique,
could modernise and evolve it to meet the requirements of today.
Today requires hair easily, where in a short time, with the right product and a little styling the woman will be ready for any occasion!
Finally, the two of them showed the mixing of styling products, but also the big change in fashion this year, which is in hair texture,
with techniques such as flat cutting and back cutting.

was also on stage, as well as at the first destination of Inspiration Days, Larissa,
represented by Maria Drettaki who presented a texture and volume game, with auxiliary tips and smart bases,

in the evolution of today’s dynamic women, for full and beautiful hair.
