On Monday 30 May, it was held with great success in Thessaloniki,
the Kérastase conference on “Kérastase Luxury Experiece”, at the hotel “Makedonia Palace”.

The purpose of the day was to remind the professional hairdresser of the client’s journey to the salon,
along with the luxury personalized brand services
and all the codes that make this experience unique and special.
In addition, the Kérastase team reported on the brand’s mission,
on its values while all the products and personalized services offered by Kérastase were analyzed in detail.
Finally, the training team also talked about the latest launch, Genesis Homme,
the 1st complete men’s dual-action treatment against hair loss.

The event was introduced by Anna Hamaleli, Brand Business Manager L’Oreal Professional Products.

He welcomed all the professional hairdressers who attended the event.

to every customer who visits a salon and the purpose of today’s

The baton was passed to Vasiliki Mahaira, Brand Business Leader Kérastase.

He told us about the history and values of the brand, the brand’s iconic products,
but also the client’s journey together with the personalised services of Kérastase in a salon.

Special guest at the “Kérastase Luxury Experiece” was Mrs. Mary Kalymnos, Luxury Services Specialist.

She spoke about the modern codes of Luxury, emotional luxury and shared with us useful tips for luxury service in the salon.
“It is a great pleasure & honour to be with you today.
Today we talked about emotional luxury, that is, the senses associated with luxury
and how a professional hairdresser can connect with his client in an emotional way.
In addition, the psychological reasons that lead someone to associate with luxury were analysed.
We also talked about the value of eye contact, about body language
and how a professional hairdresser can properly manage feedback from a client.
Of course, we touched on the power of a team in a salon and how important team training is.
Finally, we talked about the biggest trend right now in luxury products & services, sustainability,
as it is very important for hairdressers to follow a more sustainable and environmentally friendly path.”

The event concluded with Konstantinos Moustakas and Alexandros Kyriakakis.
