Ah, summer, holidays!
But how nice!
Vacation, sun, rest…
A little bit of a run, of course, to get around the island, to go to all the beaches, to find a table, to pack my suitcase,
catch the boat, unpack, do the laundry and… work tomorrow?!
Already? Already?!
For many of us, holidays are not only associated with rest.
Coming back we feel that we want more, that we haven’t rested enough and that our “batteries” are not recharged.
And this in turn creates a feeling of frustration.
So let’s see how we tire ourselves out on holiday so that we can avoid it in the future.
I want it all!
On holiday we want to catch up on a lot of things.
To see as many places as possible, meet up with lots of friends since we have time, do various things.
As a result, we are sometimes exhausted from so many activities.
Anxiety for perfection
We don’t just want a programme, we want a perfect programme for our holidays.
And this is where the anxiety and worry about even the smallest details comes from.
We also want to keep everything under control and keep everyone happy.
And if not… we get angry, upset, fight… And in the end we may not even talk to each other!
Have you ever had a chance to…?
The relationship with our body
Fun, drinking, eating, eating, staying up late… and sometimes without moderation.
As a result, we don’t feel good about ourselves and our bodies afterwards.
Mindfulness will help you to be in harmony with yourself and in control of the situation.
Our thoughts
We think about work and our future obligations.
And along with the thoughts comes stress and psychological fatigue.
If you cannot influence a situation immediately, it is better to postpone these thoughts until later and enjoy your holiday.
How do you get energy from your holidays?
With love,
Natalia.
