Today, at nine in the evening, hairexpert Kalliopi Veniou presents her book at hairdressingnews. A book that after about 1 year of collecting information, from simple notes, was transformed into “The Perfect Balayage- The Book”!
The idea of creating this ultimate manual, as she told us, came from a question she was asked after a seminar.
Specifically, Calliope said that, “after each balayage seminar, I offered some notes on the basic topics that were discussed. So a colleague asked me if these notes were available to everyone. At that moment, I had the idea to organize something targeted with a beginning, middle and end so that by taking it in one’s hands, one could get all the necessary information and be able to create great balayage results from 0”.
In this book, seven techniques are presented step by step.
At the same time, however, general but important knowledge is also acquired, concerning
“How we talk to the client”, “How we “sell” our services”, “What are the steps before the technique”, “How we handle social”. It also includes a lot of information about colorology, weakening, the right choice of colors, the difference between balayage and foilayage and of course there are also answers to the most basic questions about balayage.
This book is a must have balayage manual that you should all have in your library.
Kalliopi Veniou, apart from being an excellent hairdresser, in recent years she has also been involved in the training of colleagues, either students or hairdressers, something that, as she told us, “is an incredible experience” that makes her better every day.
Calliope, in addition to being a hair exeptionist, is also incredible when it comes to organization, writing, capturing, planning and conveying knowledge. Always positive, with brilliant lines and a special way of writing, something we now know since we read her texts-advice on a weekly basis!
