Win customers, through Facebook !!!

I’m sure you know this medium very well, since I see you, you’re always posting pictures of yourself, thoughts, talking to people you know and strangers.
But do you know , that with proper Facebook management, besides promoting yourself, you can increase your sales and profit? How can you do that? Presenting, in the right way, your salon – business!!!!

It’s not as easy as you think, but if you get into the process, you’ll see that it’s not as hard as you suspect either, and you haven’t started yet.

Read the following text and learn how to properly manage your company’s Facebook page, taking advantage of everything this application can give you.

First think about what you would find interesting to read, like, share, even comment on. Put yourself in your customer’s shoes and think about what they would like to see on your page.

The obvious is, your topics should be related to your business, your professional sector, the news and developments in the field in which you operate and your current daily life. To get the right result, you need to get organized and make a monthly publishing plan based on your audience. If your audience is not specific, find out not only their needs but also their commonalities and approach them appropriately(i.e. in a smart, approachable, friendly and positive way). A good idea is to learn to use hashtags (#) and when I say use I mean 2,3 and not 15 and definitely use words that match your business.

Your audience needs to want to be with you at all times, not be bored with advertising alone. Advise them, inform them, make jokes and make sure you remember to wish them a good morning, a good month, a happy birthday, by making your profile interesting, with wishes depending on the day.

Don’t forget to upload videos at least 2 times a month!
I’m sure you suspect the theme. Your page wants videos from your salon, videos of the process of your work, presentation of the products you use, your results, interviews, clips from interesting TV shows, conferences, exhibitions, and even videos featuring your world.

Competitions and interactivity

A good way to increase the interactivity, the likes, comments, shares on your facebook page is to organize contests, draws, games and by extension this way you can collect enough data of the people who will probably become your customers soon. Don’t forget that the gifts you give shouldn’t be unrelated things that you like, but should be relevant to your business.

Pay attention to the results and statistics of every move you make. In particular, Facebook gives you the ability to control and measure your every move, seeing how your ads did, what your page’s reach is, which posts your audience liked the most, what time users visit your page, and who they are, where they come from. Based on these results you know how to do even better programming.
