If we want it to be straight then we will dry the hair thoroughly.

To create this wet look they use coconut oil mixed with dry hair oil!
And how do we start implementing it?
First, isolate the upper part of the hair.

Comb with a comb and secure with tweezers behind the ears.
This way, we will be sure that our wet look will last.
Then, we will let the top part fall backwards.
