In a natural way, make your pimples disappear!

Occasionally we all have a pimple here, a pimple there, a pimple above or below…. on the forehead, cheek, chin, neck, back or anywhere else there may be excessive sebum secretion from the glands, which are located in the skin, all over our body, except for the palms and soles.
The sebaceous glands are not a substance produced by the cells of the gland, but the contents of the cells themselves that burst through the follicular duct to the surface of the skin. The purpose of sebum is to keep the hair flexible and the skin waterproof, but its excessive production plays a role in the oiliness of the skin and the appearance of acne.

So to put it simply… a pimple is an inflammation of the skin in which the sebaceous glands become infected with bacteria and consequently filled with pus.
Solutions for acne reduction or even disappearance, there are either with a pharmaceutical method, cream, soap, pill… or with a natural method… like the ones below! If your problem is big, it is advisable to visit a dermatologist. If you get a pimple now and then…just follow my tried and tested tips…

Ice

Open the fridge, take an ice cube or crushed ice, wrap it in a piece of cloth and hold it on the affected area of your skin for a few seconds. Repeat this procedure 2 or 3 more times. The ice cube will quickly reduce the redness, swelling and inflammation in the pimple and help improve blood circulation to the affected area, tighten the skin pores and eliminate impurities and oils that have accumulated on the skin.

Lemon

Another quick way to get rid of a pimple is to use lemon juice, which is rich in vitamin C and helps pimples to “dry up” faster. Make sure you use fresh lemon juice and not bottled juice, which has preservatives. There are two ways to apply this treatment. Either by dipping a clean cotton swab in fresh lemon juice, and then directly for a few minutes the swab on the pimple, or after making a mixture with lemon juice and a little cinnamon, take a cotton ball and place it equally on your pimple.

Honey

It also has antimicrobial action and heals a problematic skin relatively easily. Dip a cotton swab in a little honey and then apply a small amount to your pimple. Let the honey sit for 30 minutes and rinse your face with warm water.

Garlic

And yes you heard right or rather read right!!! Garlic, apart from having a bad smell, has anti-viral, anti-fungal, antiseptic and antioxidant action. Cut a clove of garlic in half and apply directly on the pimple. Leave for five minutes and rinse well.

Baking soda

I haven’t tried this but they say it removes oil and dead skin cells. Simply mix a tablespoon of baking soda with a little water or even better, lemon juice and apply the paste on the pimple.

Cucumber

Our good cucumber contains vitamins A, C and E, which are beneficial for the skin. Slice a cucumber and place it in a bowl of water for about a minute. The cucumber will release its vitamins into the water so you can use it to wash your face. Another idea is to mash the cucumber and apply it as a mask on your face.

Try whatever you prefer… and let me know your comments.
