It’s no coincidence that the Australian actress has been the new face of Chanel, as her looks are the best of the best.

Undoubtedly, apart from her natural beauty and stunning style, she has an enviable body, which, as she has revealed in interviews in the past, she maintains through exercise, while a combination of her favourite activities, such as pilates, ballet and aerobics, help her to stay in shape.

According to personal trainer David Higgins, who is responsible for the actress’ perfect proportions, the advice that Margot Robbie faithfully follows is to skip breakfast, and especially to stick to the 16-hour interval during which she doesn’t eat at all.

Higgins seems to trust the method of intermittent fasting, advising the beautiful Margot that there should be a window of fasting between her dinner, which should be consumed at about 8pm, and the next morning when she wakes up, so that her body can recover and her metabolism can calm down.
