Did you eat your apple today? Find out what you get just from an apple!!!!

The apple from time immemorial seems to have been present in both historical events and fictions. Once upon a time, out of nowhere an evil snake appeared and gave Eve a forbidden apple to eat…. and from there the relaxed life that Adam and Eve lived disappeared and all the good and bad feelings, thoughts, actions began… the life we’re living now.
On the other hand, the “apple of discord” partly brought the Trojan War! Why? Because when the gods did not invite Eris, sister of Mars, to the wedding of Peleus and Thetis, she got angry and threw an apple between the goddesses Athena, Hera and Aphrodite, with the inscription “to the most beautiful”. In order to put an end to the gods’ quarrel, the prince of Troy, Paris, was asked to choose which of the three to give it to. Hera promised to make him king, Athena promised to give him spiritual wisdom and Aphrodite promised to give him Helen the Beautiful as his wife. Paris, chose the Beautiful Helen and by extension gave the apple to Aphrodite. And so the Trojan War began. The phrase “Apple of Discord” is now used for something that is claimed by several people at the same time and may even become a cause of contention.
Would you ever have a fight over an apple?
Yes its benefits are worth claiming!!!!

An apple a day will do the doctor good. For serious health reasons, we all need to get these great fruits into our daily diet.

Apple, rich in antioxidants and vitamins
First of all, although they fill you up for a while, they have almost no calories. An apple of a certain size has about 65 calories and is extremely rich in antioxidants, flavonoids and fibre. (Flavonoids, have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-thrombotic properties contributing to the proper functioning of the body and Plant Fibres, help in the proper functioning of the intestine and prevent the occurrence of many diseases).

Among other things, it contains vitamins.
Vitamin C , which is a powerful natural antioxidant capable of protecting cells from damage caused by certain diseases and also boosts the immune system making it harder for us to get sick.

Vitamins of group B. These vitamins help in the proper functioning of the nervous and muscular system, participate in the absorption of nutrients, energy production and the creation of red blood cells.

Vitamin A and beta-carotene. Vitamin A and beta-carotene (or provitamin A) play a role in skin protection, good vision and boost the immune system. Beta-carotene is also a powerful antioxidant.

Vitamin E. Vitamin E has antioxidant and antithrombotic properties and contributes to good skin health.

Vitamin K. Vitamin K plays a role in blood clotting and contributes to bone health.

Practically what do you get out of eating apples?

“My mirror, mirror, mirror, who is the most beautiful in the world?” Snow White’s wicked witch was saying to her magic mirror, ready to do anything to be the most beautiful in the world! What does this have to do with apples? Remember that even in this children’s story the evil queen wanted to kill Snow White with the enchanted evil apple. So think about it, where apple and a connotation of beauty!!!! I’ll leave the words and get down to the nitty gritty.

The process of biting and chewing an apple stimulates the production of saliva in the mouth, reducing the level of bacteria. Its mildly acidic nature combined with its rough, fiber-rich skin makes it ideal for clean and shiny teeth.
Because of its low calories, you can eat one, two and three apples a day. The vitamins and trace elements they contain are essential for the needs of the body. They are rich in fiber, reduce appetite and reduce weight loss.
The vitamins and antioxidants contained in apples also help to keep the skin firm and glowing, protecting the skin cells and most importantly delaying the signs of aging. It strengthens the immune system, helps intestinal function, fights cancer, reduces cholesterol, reduces the risk of diabetes and prevents a sudden increase in blood sugar. Also reduces the risk of stroke, improves your respiratory system, keeps your heart healthy and improves your vision.

Apple against Alzheimer’s and aging brain

According to research, apple protects neuronal cells from oxidative stress caused by neurotoxicity and increases acetylcholine levels in the body, thus reducing the risk of neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease and brain aging.

Five apples a week, it’s hard to get them into your eating habits if the benefits are all that;;;;
