Beyoncé’s amazing new sportswear collection

On August 20, Beyoncé released her fourth collection from her Adidas x Ivy Park line. And her fans are preparing to race to get their hands on the limited edition pieces before they sell out. Because that is undoubtedly how it will be.

Whether it’s African spiritualism for Black Is King or HBCUs for Homecoming, Beyoncé has proven time and time again that she is the queen of themes and her creations for Ivy Park are no different.

The new Ivy Park Rodeo series pays tribute to the blacks who have influenced cowboy and cowgirl culture. Although often excluded from American Western history.

After understanding where the word ‘cowboy’ came from, I realized how many black, brown and Native American cowboy stories are missing in American history,” Beyoncé told the Houston Chronicle about the collection.

Featuring plenty of athleisure and Americana style in pink cowhide and sky blue, the Rodeo collection is unique.

The models for the campaign include several well-known names. The singer Snoh Aalegra. The model Paloma Elsesser. Houston rapper Tobe Nwigwe and his wife Fat Nwigwe and actor/actual cowboy Glynn Turman. The latter also allowed Beyoncé to use his ranch for the launch, Teen Vogue reports.

The collection, which was selected by Houston, features a wide variety of clothing designed for outings in comfort.

The details of the collection

The athleisure range contains 58 pieces of clothing including denim jackets, button-up skirts, low-rise jeans and shorts ranging from sizes XS to 4XL.

There are also five styles of shoes. Ivy Park children’s clothing is also presented with this collection.

There’s no doubt that Beyhive have set alarm clocks earlier this month since Ivy Park’s Rodeo collection was introduced. And finally the time has come!

After a limited online release on August 19, the new Adidas x Ivy Park is now available to everyone. And, while some pieces are already sold out, there are still plenty to buy.

Beyoncé’s latest collaboration with sportswear giant Adidas is inspired by the pop star’s roots.

Earlier this month, the famous singer released the campaign video for her latest streetwear collection, called Ivy Park Rodeo.

Beyoncé looks stunning in the epic video. It showcases the Ivy Park x Adidas designs, which include a pair of jeans, sports bras, and a set of cow print leggings.

Houston’s mother appears in the campaign photos with huge curls a la Dolly Parton or a floor-length braid, which she waves over her head like a lasso in one shot, Harper’s Bazaar reports.

Where the collection is available

The collection is available in the following Brand! ASOS, Bandier, Finish Line, Foot Locker, Adidas, JD Sports, Nordstrom and SNS, Page Six reports.

But you’d better move fast if you spot something you like, as most of the pieces from Beyoncé’s previous Flex Park collection sold out in a few hours, as did the winter Icy Park line and previous Ivy Park releases.

Ivy Park is a sportswear (Athleisure) company founded in 2016 in New York. Beyonce and Sir Philip Green (owner of the Arcadia Group) owned it. “Ivy” was named after her daughter Blue Ivy Carter and “Park” after Parkwood Park in Houston. It’s where Beyoncé used to go to run and exercise.
