You have planned your holiday on a specific date and suddenly you envision yourself running carefree on the beach in the morning wearing only your swimsuit and drinking your cocktails in the evening… remember you’re going to have your period!!!

That is, bloody diarrhea, bloating, 2,3 more kilos, pain, bad mood, nagging and whatever other symptoms you have on such days.
“I wish I could have gotten sick a few days ago” you say… and suddenly I give you the solution.

Prepare yourself by doing all this and your wish will most likely come true. The period is not something you can handle in a planned way… but make an effort!

The natural ways we suggest are the following.

1. Hot bath! A piece of advice that my grandmother always used to give me and I have to admit that it worked. It was Monday and on Thursday I was going to start my period. But Thursday was also my big university party. It wasn’t supposed to be the first day of my period. And luckily listening to my grandmother I soaked in the bathroom and the next day my period came. Asking my gynecologist later, she verified that taking a hot bath increases our body temperature, relaxes the abdominal muscles, and increases the dilation and blood flow to the uterus.

2. Thermophores in the belly! Usually the hot water bottle is our solution for our tummy pain. But the hot water bottle doesn’t only help with the pain, it does exactly what the hot bath mentioned above does. So it’s your choice whether you prefer the bath or the hot water bottle.

3. Fresh juices and vitamin C! In combination with the above you can start drinking vitamin C either on its own or in delicious fresh juices, especially orange. According to experts, this vitamin absorbs progesterone from the uterus, making the walls open and eventually the period will come.

4.Running and gymnastics! I know it’s summer, you’re bored to run, to exercise, to move in general. But if you want to help your blood circulation and thus your period, start running, moving, moving in general!

5. Get together with your best friend! Guys, I know this reads a little strange and yet haven’t you found this to be the case? It’s the magic of nature! What can I say? Research results have shown that women who hang out for a long time and spend time together… have their periods on more or less the same days. So if you’re comfortable with the date your best friend is on her period, glue on it and start the charades!

6.Tea with lemon on the balcony? If you want to drink it on the balcony, if you want to drink it in the living room with air conditioning or even in the sea! The point here is that a hot tea first of all warms up your body. And what happens when the body gets warm? Also tea with chamomile, mint, ginger, rosemary, rosemary, sage, lemon and generally several other herbs activate your reproductive system and therefore your menstrual system.

7. No to stress. Relax! Stress is bad for all your issues. Sit down, relax, take deep breaths and everything will happen as it should. If you push anybody, they don’t do what you want. Haven’t you learned this by now in your life and in your relationships? So is our organism. If you push him, he’ll get distracted. Relax at last and measures 1,2,3 …. by tomorrow you’ll have your period!
