Organize your wants, in five minutes….it’s done!

Just reading the subtitle makes it seem extremely easy to have 5 minutes of time exclusively for you. Really? Think… When have you sat for five minutes without external distractions, without talking on your cell phone, without watching TV, without listening to the radio, away from social media? When we say five minutes for you, we mean away from everything, focusing on things that you consider essential in your life, things you need to do, things you need to acquire, things you care about and maybe want to change. Even for five minutes, try to organize yourself, taking control at least in matters of exclusive interest to you. What do you consider important in your life? What would make you happy? What are your needs? Don’t think, just write down the first thing that comes to mind. This process will help you to remember your wants, to identify your needs, to realize what is important to you and not to someone else. Now that you’ve done that… take action and realize what you wrote on paper, transforming your life!!!

Remember all your challenges, rewards, prizes.

Stop what you are doing and take time to remember the positive things you have had in your life, whether choices or people. What brought you to where you are now? What was the biggest challenge for you? The biggest reward? What was a major problem of yours and how did you solve it?
Think about everything that went well in your life and try to “notice” why it went well… what did you do right? Now that you have thought about all this you are closer to finding out how to bring the same success into your life… and in your present. Then did you seek outside advice or any guidance?

You are brave? Here be!

I understand that it takes guts, patience, courage and of course a positive attitude, to invite difficult customers, customers who are not satisfied with your services, some “problematic” colleagues, partners, to a friendly discussion, asking them why they feel this way with you and what they would like you to do to fix the situation. Try with honesty and kindness to build your relationship with them so that you can have a positive course together and know what others may see wrong with you. Be careful not to make it seem that you are accusing them of anything, but that you are having this conversation in order to learn better what they think, because knowledge is power both literally and practically. The first thing you would think about to get money into your company is cash flow and sales revenue. And yet that’s not all. By using the information given to you by the “bad guys” in the group, you will automatically gain friends and loyal customers, employees and colleagues. He created a friendly atmosphere with everyone, making them feel important, valuable and safe.

This positive atmosphere in your workplace will give you confidence, loyal employees and customers , will create respect, understanding and an excellent level, worthy of advertising!!!!

Pay attention to something out of your sight

Read, listen, engage in subjects outside your field. This will spark your creativity, from a different perspective. It’s amazing how much you can learn from someone outside your immediate community, outside your world, and ultimately use it to enhance some idea for your business. Increasing your creativity will not only solve problems you may have, but may inspire you to explore alternative income streams. Both your customers and your colleagues, your employees, seeing you with new promotional styles and proper organized thinking, will not only want to support you but will also feel an additional security regarding your common goal, the success and profit of your business.

Be polite

Be kind to yourself, to others, to your thoughts. When you are nice to everyone, you usually always think of the positive side of things and therefore you don’t get angry with people easily. And why is that good? Because the less you are irritated by situations, the clearer and smarter you think and make better decisions. And what does a business need above all else to grow and make a profit? Smart moves, calm choices, organisation and a positive approach.
