Fast pace, wake up in the morning, get some sleep, run through the smog, the subways, the buses, the traffic… get to work, and you’re in an air conditioner, working for over ten hours, in front of a computer, or in between blow dryers, foams and sprays.

How many times have you felt that your eyes are dry, tired, can’t see light, red and blurry?

These are symptoms of dry eyes, which can even give you a headache.

If you wear contact lenses, the problem of dry eyes is even worse.

The eyes must be lubricated!!!!

Say no to dry eyes…

…By wearing sun glasses when you are outdoors and your myopia glasses at all times, not just when you are reading or watching TV.

…Avoiding air conditioners

…While holding a hair dryer all day, try not to get hot air in your eyes.

…Buying a good humidifier

…Including in your daily routine, Omega 3 fatty acids, salmon, sardines, swordfish, shrimps, octopus, sprouts, cauliflower, etc.

…putting in an IV or artificial tear, whenever needed

If the discomfort becomes a daily problem, visit your eye doctor.
