The large increase in coronavirus cases requires measures to halt the spread of the pandemic.

Stricter measures for the unvaccinated.

All the new measures.
To stop the new wave of the pandemic, the Committee of Infectious Diseases has decided:

From Saturday 6 November for our unvaccinated citizens:

All unvaccinated public and private sector workers, regardless of the nature of their work, will be required to take two rapid tests or PRC tests (up from one a week) per week, covering the cost themselves.
For access to banks, public services must demonstrate a negative test.
A negative test is also necessary to enter shops, hairdressers, entertainment venues and even open eating places.

Pharmacies, supermarkets, food stores and places of worship are excluded.
In these places a negative test will not be needed.

Recommendation to use a mask indoors and outdoors where there are crowds for everyone, vaccinated and unvaccinated.

And even heavier fines are coming

Penalties for shops that do not comply with the strict measures are upgraded and doubled, while controls are intensified.

There will be zero tolerance for those who do not comply with the measures and allow unvaccinated people to enter vaccine-only areas.

In addition to the vaccination certificate it is obligatory to have an identity card.

In case of violation, a fine of 5,000 euros and a 15-day suspension of the store is imposed.

However, consumers will be informed of which shops have been found to have infringements, thus damaging their reputation.
