Women’s professional empowerment is a strategic priority for Women On Top, which is why we are particularly excited about the design and implementation of the empowerment programme for women in the hairdressing industry, Be your Best, which we are co-organising with L’Oréal Professional Products. Through this programme we will be able to support even more women to develop new skills related to their personal and professional development, to get in touch with tools and methods for sustainable business development and financial skills, while giving us the opportunity to engage with a dynamic community of women and promote their networking.
The Be your Best programme consists of two modules.
Α. The first module of the programme includes 3 web-based daily seminars, which will focus on the theme of women’s personal empowerment and will have an experiential and interactive character. These seminars are offered by L’Oréal Professional Products free of charge, are open to all women in the hairdressing industry, whether they are salon owners or employees, and are conducted under the experienced guidance of Women on Top trainers. Through their participation, women will be able to further develop their skills and learn to effectively manage the challenges of everyday life.
Β. The second module of the programme consists of a seminar cycle focusing on personal, business and financial empowerment of women. This course will be aimed exclusively at female salon owners and will last for 2 months. Through the seminars, participants will have the opportunity to attend courses on entrepreneurship, financial management and green growth. In this way, salon owners will be able to acquire valuable tools and knowledge to manage their business more effectively and confidently claim a stronger professional future.
The Be your Best programme is part of L’Oréal Professional Products’ long-standing objective to continuously enhance the role and image of hairdressing professionals, to recognise the multiple added value of their services in our psychology and to acknowledge the hairdressing community as an active participant in society.
