How to stay fit in quarantine

The need for wellness and self-care is not a “trend”, however, truth be told, most of us exercise to the point of exhaustion in order to see the coveted six pack line our upper and lower abs.

The past year has made most of us come closer to ourselves and our needs, and we have renegotiated the concept of self-care. People have adopted a more holistic approach to their overall well-being, taking into account what makes them happy and healthy, not just looking for the quickest way to get sliced. And this is the approach that is worth carrying into the new year – with new, more body-friendly habits, patience, calm and a willingness to change.

Working from home may have seemed like the perfect opportunity for many people to incorporate fitness into their lives, as the pace of everyday life left them no time to go to the gym. Unfortunately, after almost a year of pandemic, most of us seem to have lost our motivation.

And that’s where the 20-minute workout comes in. Intensive and designed to hit the most demanding areas of the body, such as buttocks and arms, the short workout is the perfect solution for those who can’t create a complete workout program.

In addition, living at home enables us to enjoy the benefits of technology, since we live under these conditions.
