Mother, employee, businesswoman, wife and more.
A working mother, let alone a hairdresser, must always have boundaries in everything she does with herself
because otherwise he will lose the ball.
The consecutive 12 hours may be easy for you because you are used to it,
but you have to learn to put the brakes on your work now because there’s your family.
You’re a mother now…
It’s okay to say no to the excessive demand of a client who insists,
while you’ve scheduled time with your family.
There will of course be times when you will have to sacrifice family time,
but these are opportunities that will change your career for the better.
How do you handle it?
To all the mothers out there, I have to tell you that the best way to find sanity is to devote 100% of your time and energy to everything you do.
Give 100% to your work that makes you feel productive.
But when you leave there then 100% belongs to the family and the children.
Don’t forget that! Don’t bring work into your house!
Try it and you will see that it works and the stress becomes less and less.
Take it day by day and never feel guilty about working hard for your children.
Unfortunately, there is no balance, so stop chasing it.
Just wake up every day and do your best!
Mother’s guilt can be real, especially for us working mothers.
We show our children that we have to fight hard to make our dreams come true.
My best advice.
Don’t beat yourself up just for the job.
Know that every time you go to work, your family is waiting for you afterwards.
So it’s good to keep some of your energy for your home as well.
As well as, very importantly, your own self.
Your children are your best observers and their work ethic comes from you.
There are times when you feel you have failed as a mother.
But the time will come when you will hear that their dreams and goals are a consequence of your path.
Employee, businesswoman and above all mother
A dual role, which you have to play as much as possible, offering your best in order to be successful in its demands.
Time with your children may be scarce but if it is quality time it is essential.
Children need beautiful memories with their parents.
So make sure you spend as much time as you can.
I hope I’ve helped you with this article, wanting to boost your confidence and take away the guilt you may feel if you’re a new mum.
Thank you,
