Start your Monday in a better mood!

And yes it is Monday! For most people, this day seems boring, tedious and if it were, we would want to skip it and go straight to Tuesday or why not Wednesday.

And yet, Monday is a day like any other, and since you had a wonderful, relaxing weekend, perhaps you should be even more relaxed and in a good mood.
But no. You can’t stand the idea that the weekend – you were without a schedule, you went to the sea, shops, saw friends, acquaintances, movies and did all these nice things, giving yourself time to rest and have a good time – but today you have to leave your carefree psychology behind, get into your schedule and go e.g. work, children to school etc.

A new week begins and…. there is a way to wake up on Mondays with a positive mood!!

If you don’t succeed in these ways either, then maybe you should think about how wrong your daily routine is and generally fix your routine into something more pleasant… by even making drastic changes!!!

Three ways to be in a better mood and psychology every Monday

And the process to have a better mood and psychology every Monday… starts at the weekend, where you really need to rest, making the most of every minute. I imagine that many of you, even on these days that are theoretically more relaxed, may continue at the same pace without letting yourself know that “it’s the weekend, relax!” Even if your commitments are too many, try to find some time just for you!!!

Sunday evening arrived and I confess that I start to fall down psychologically from that time on. But no. We need to take some time every Sunday night to get organized.
To choose the clothes we will wear, prepare our snack, our food and find, put in our bag laptop, useful documents, notes with planning and possible jobs and phones we have to do. Why should I start my week’s preparation on Sunday night? Because with early planning you start your week with less stress during the start of the week.

Are you awake? It’s Monday morning. According to experts, the best habit to get into is to do at least some exercise, whether it’s going to the gym, running around the neighborhood, or just doing a fifteen-minute exercise routine at home. Experts emphasize that in this way, we release endorphins, our pulse rate increases, the rhythm increases and the day starts with intensity, dynamism and positivity.

My advice, on the other hand, is every Monday morning, add pleasant surprises to your routine, such as drinking your favorite beverage that you may not drink often, eating a sweet treat, or making sure your lunch is always one of your favorite foods.
Another good idea, on Mondays, is to make sure you do something you really enjoy, like meeting up with friends or going to a movie night with your loved one.
This way you will be happy to see Monday coming!!!!
