Eczema or dry skin?

Let’s analyze what exactly is eczema of the scalp, what is dry skin and what is dandruff.
Eczema affecting the scalp can sometimes be seborrheic dermatitis,
which people call dandruff.
This form most commonly affects the scalp.
In babies it is also known as a ninida.

Adverse reactions and factors affecting the scalp.

There may be intense itching, redness, and a bad smell especially when it is on the rise.
It can be a chronic condition where some people confuse it with autoimmune scabies.
It is possible for it to come and go suddenly, without warning, and it can disappear on its own.
The symptoms can be treated effectively, but the condition cannot be treated completely.
It is caused by intense stress, hormones and illness.

No one knows what causes eczema, but it affects 5% of the general population and more men than women.

Other medical conditions that can make people more prone to eczema are:
Diseases that weaken the immune system such as HIV, Parkinson’s disease, psoriasis, rosacea, allergic asthma, lack of sleep, dry skin and oily hair.

Dandruff is only a symptom of eczema, the scalp.
Dry skin is an oily substance that is secreted by the sebaceous glands in the form of small white flakes.
It can also affect other parts of the body, such as the face, nose, eyebrows and eyelids.

Scalp treatments.

Treatments are usually in the form of shampoo or cream or gel for immediate application.
It is advisable to avoid hair dyes, hot water and harsh soaps when it is on the increase.
In adults it tends to start in adolescence.
Most of the time its duration is years therefore and it comes and goes without warning.
Treatment is needed to control the symptoms of itching and ugly flakes on the head.
