The colourful flowers, the green plants… The natural environment in general, in the workplace, creates positive effects both for you, who work for so many hours in your salon, and for the clients who come in and out.
According to research, in addition to making a space more beautiful, flowers and plants can lift your mood, filling it with optimism and positivity.
Placing flowers or greenery in an indoor workplace, according to a study by the University of Technology in Sydney, found a 37% reduction in tension and stress, a 58% reduction in depression or rejection, a 44% reduction in anger and hostility, and a 38% reduction in feelings of fatigue.

Before deciding which flowers to put in your space, think about which flowers are suitable for your space and how much time you are willing to spend on their care. Before you make your choice, ask your florist what care is needed!!!!
Good choices are plants containing aloe, cactus, rubber, lilies, etc.
Here is a list of the ideal plants for your salon.
Orchid : One of the most ideal flowers for indoors. Difficult to grow, because it has its demands, but when it blooms it gives a classy and lively touch to your space. To preserve it, place it next to a window or glass pane, but be careful because although it needs a lot of sun, it cannot withstand the wind.
Alexandrinos: The Christmas blossom, or Christmas flower, is especially impressive for Christmas decorations. Lately, you can find it in other colours such as white or pink.
Clivia: A flower that doesn’t need much care. You’ll find it in orange, yellow and red shades and even when it’s not in flower, it’s beautiful.
Hibiscus: The Hawaiian flower needs a lot of light, so place it next to a window. It stands out for its colour, its smell and its wide leaves.
Vigenia: A flower that you can move indoors and outdoors, depending on where you wish to see it. Be careful though, because it prefers a semi-shaded environment, so avoid the sun and when watering it, it doesn’t need much water, but often a little.
Anthurium: A beautiful flower, which needs light but not direct exposure to the sun. It is highly resistant to heat and high humidity levels and does not need frequent watering.
Bicycles: A velvety flower that needs a lot of light. Its colourful flowers and its colours will certainly catch the eye.
African Violets: White, pink, pink, purple, blue…monochrome, multicoloured… great variety and easy care. All they need, apart from a little watering, is to be in a semi-shaded environment.
Chrysanthemum: One of my favorite flowers, which needs sun and heat to bloom. But this does not mean that in the summer at 35 degrees it can withstand the sun.
Lily of Peace: This flower is not only beautiful but also has the ability, according to the ancients, to improve physical, mental and spiritual health, bringing positive energy to any space we place it. Remember it needs a shady place and minimal watering.
