Which product suits my hair?

I want you here, crab.

Here is a very good question I hear every day in my salon !
And you want an immediate answer, looking at me desperately like a wounded puppy.

The answer is simple, but it’s not what you would naturally expect.

The right product is NOT always the most expensive or the most popular or the most attractive or the one with the best smell!

The good product is the one that solves the problem you are facing for the period you are going through.

So let me give you an example to help you understand!
You are going through a strange period when due to hormonal problems your hair has become very oily. Clearly, to solve this problem slightly, you should avoid very oily products and you should wash your hair exclusively with shampoo for oily hair.
So after 6 months, the problem has been solved or at least fixed. So this is where you observe in cooperation with your hairdresser what stage your hair is in and most likely you will buy a mild shampoo for normal hair.
Each condition needs to be treated accordingly.

So we don’t choose a shampoo based on its fragrance, something I notice too often unfortunately. But based on our problem and based on what the product solves for us.

I’ll give another very good example and it’s something I see almost every day.

Too many women and men naturally wash themselves daily!
(Here I want you to read the 14 rules for healthy hair : https://bit.ly/2UPO9LD )

So you bathe every day.
Right?
Right!
So let me ask you…
I imagine you use the same shampoo every day.
Right?
.
.
.
Wrong….
Did you get a wink?
You did well!

You shouldn’t wash your hair every day with a deep cleansing shampoo, my dear child. And that’s because your hair isn’t “dirty” every day, you just want to freshen it up because it feels good, because your job has to do with health, with cooking, with exhaust fumes, with a thousand and one factors. OK ! I accept it (I’m trying to let you know).

So in this case I want you to do the following:
Have 2 kinds of shampoo.
One for deep cleansing with which you will bathe twice a week and another mild one for daily or frequent use.
With deep cleaning you will clean in depth as the word says.
And with the mild one you’ll basically “refresh” them.
In both cases you don’t need to rub with hatred but with gentle movements and with your fingertips to massage your scalp, because you love you and because you create blood flow which is necessary for healthy hair.

So don’t be influenced by the wrong factors or by something a friend suggested (don’t cry friend…she loves you, I just don’t let her be influenced) and ask your professional hairdresser!

So where does that leave us?
We come to the fact that you must “listen” to the needs of your hair in collaboration with your hairdresser who must train you so that you know how to treat them (your hair) correctly !!!

TRUST YOUT HAIR DOCTOR darling !!!
