Twenty hairdressers joined the voluntary action “Scissors on duty”, in Loutraki, in order to help the fire victims and the animals damaged by the fire in Shino-Alepochori. The idea was the idea of Konstantinos Koutoupis, an award-winning hairdresser with the World Guinness record for speed in haircutting.

The volunteer action ended successfully and with a significant amount of profit, over 400 euros, which will be used to buy essentials for our fellow citizens and animals.

“We did everything we could. Hairdressers came from Athens, Corinth and other regions, all contributing to this charity project,” said Mr. Koutoupis, adding that he would have liked more people, but it was a very nice event, with new acquaintances and exchange of hairdressing opinions.

Konstantinos Koutoupis wants to be next to anyone and anywhere there is a need. His next move, according to what he told us, is to cut the hair of people sleeping in the port of Piraeus.

The hairdressers and hairdressingnews are by his side.
