And while you’re sitting on your couch, you start exploring your personal social media accounts! And looking at your photos you realize that there’s something you don’t like about yourself! That the time has come for the big change!!!
You search for hashtags to get ideas and after a bit of searching the question arises!!
Balayage or ombre;;;
What is the difference between them in the end???
And today I’m here to give you some very useful information…
Let’s start by separating the technical…
ombre
By ombre we mean the effect that gives you dark roots but blonde lengths and finishes.
Whether the shading of the root is done for 3cm or 15cm and the rest is blonde is something you and your hair expert will agree on.

Balayage…
By the term balayage (research) we mean some openings in the free air (without the use of foil or other separating paper) which in essence give a light to the whole hair without having a large color (and tonal) deviation from the color of the base.

In recent years we have been using the term balayage to create a contouring technique to give ‘light’ to the area around the face and into the rest of the hair.
In these techniques we use foil for more intense drying.
We have also created many techniques to avoid “bars” and to have a nice “fade” in the union of dark and dry hair.
Techniques such as creping, baby hightlights (very thin, transparent highlights), the airtouch technique (where using the air from the blow dryer we take advantage of the sprouts on the head to make the fade) and a combination of all the above depending on the result we want to give and the quality of the hair we have to do.
