Hairdressing salons, barber shops, beauty salons, nail care shops, schools and retailers will be closed from Thursday the day after tomorrow until February 28, according to statements by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
The general lockdown in Attica was not spared, since, as Mr. Mitsotakis the situation is alarming and the cases are increasing as the days go by. Among other things, he reassured those who are struggling financially that he will be there for them, but unfortunately, these strict measures must be taken, because “there is no economy without health”.
Finally, the Prime Minister seemed to be optimistic, as he commented that “the epilogue of this unprecedented adventure has begun to be written” and we must be united, while still being patient.
From Thursday, everything in Attica is closed. Hair salons, barbershops, beauty centres, nail care shops, schools and retail. Only supermarkets, grocery stores, bakeries, bakeries, kiosks, pet shops, petrol stations and pharmacies will be open. Delivery, take away will also operate normally!
Tomorrow more statements will be made about the new situation in Attica, with Thessaloniki likely to be the next area of Greece to suffer a hard lockdown!!!
