How to take care of my hair in the summer.

The most important step to have healthy hair is the haircut!

We don’t forget to cut our hair every two months by one centimetre to keep the ends healthy, full, so that they don’t break.

The biggest mistake most women make is to leave the haircut after they come back from vacation.

Make sure to take care of the ends by trimming them before being exposed to the sun and the sea, this way they will be more durable.

The salt and chlorine in the pool damage the hair and fade the color so don’t forget to rinse with clean water every time you wet your hair.

We also use sunscreen on our hair, as they have the same need as our skin.

An important step that we don’t usually know is that every late summer to October month is the season of hair loss.

In this period, it is good to use products for strengthening the hair and take some vitamins, preferably organic, to prevent hair loss, giving nourishment to our hair to be shinier and stronger !
