Health and toilet: How many times a day do you need to go?

1,3,5,8,15 How many times a day do you go to the toilet? For some it is a taboo subject, but for better or worse urination is a normal matter, essential for our health. So it cleanses, filters, our system, removing toxins from our body.

I’ve met people who have made a schedule and only go to the toilet twice a day. Can you control that? Yes, you can. Not directly, but indirectly, you can calculate how many times you will go, depending on how much fluid you consume.

In order to maintain our health, we need to be properly hydrated.

For example, water, makes the skin glowing, hair healthy, nourishes the cells of the body by increasing their elasticity, helps to balance the electrolytes in the body, ensuring the promotion of energy to all cells, improves mood, ensuring the brain remains alert, helps to eliminate toxins in the body, etc. So according to research and experts, it should our body takes in enough fluids. Of course this depends on the size and function of your bladder

No matter how many times you have to go to the toilet, it’s perfectly normal. Look for it and only worry if you feel any stinging or general pain during your visit to the toilet. If you see anything strange, see a urologist.
