It seems like a lonely “sport” and I use that word because passionate hairdressers border on being champions…
You’ll be thinking hyperbole!
And yet your life, your diet, the hours you work, your colleague, is going through the roof at speeds that only you know…
Right?
Right! That’s why, as in all sports, you can play as a team or individually.
Ask yourself, what do you like best?
What I will humbly tell you is that the teams, the collective, has a higher performance. The teams have more brains, more skills, more “logic”.
Just as a team is a family, “professional families” can cover, take care of, help or even inform and educate each other!
“Yes, but will I emerge from this?”, you’ll be thinking ...
No selfish player can work efficiently in the long run, in relation to a team.
