Father’s Day has finally arrived and we celebrate it like every year on the third Sunday of June!
In public opinion fathers are an “underprivileged species” and one proof of this is that first the Mother’s Day was established.
To be honest, everyone talks about the bond between the mother and the foetus from the time she is still pregnant and this is a truth,
but in the process, how dumb a daddy can a man become who may, in the period of pregnancy.

The father’s big burst of emotion happens as soon as he takes the child in his arms for the first time,
holding it like it’s made of glass and it’s going to break and somewhere in there is this first picture of them,
who after years of seeing it and laughing at the expression that has formed on his face!

When was it introduced in Greece?
In Greece, the Father’s Day was established by the Association of Divorced Men,
because of the devaluation that fathers faced from the courts regarding child custody
when the parents decided to divorce.
In Europe it has ceased to be “Father’s Day” today but is called “Father’s Day”, with the beginning being in Germany.
As a symbol of the day, the rose, white for the living and red for the dead fathers, prevailed.

The father is a strong role model for his son, from childhood until adulthood
who is now forming his own character, as boys tend to follow in their father’s footsteps
on behavioural issues.
So you dads deserve congratulations for teaching your boys to respect women,
appreciate them and especially that their manhood is not shown in any way by raising their hand to any man!

For a daughter, the father is the first man who enters her life and there you go,

Of course, today is also a celebration for dads who look critically at every one of their daughter’s partners,
because they haven’t understood that she grew up, but they remain a pillar in her choices because they raised their daughter that way,
and they trust her and they trust her for her choices and that’s because they know that even if everything goes wrong they’re there,
to hug her and tell her that everything will be fine, with the magic phrase “come on, you’ll find the best, I’m not afraid of you!”
