A funny story, at the beginning of my professional life!
I will never forget that day!
I was so embarrassed and laughed so hard!!!!
The story I’m going to tell you took place while I was still studying hairdressing and it happened in class.
It’s a classic day of class in the labs.
The workshops were one of our favourite lessons as we got to practice and practise.
We did technical work on our mannequins or on models visiting the school.
The lesson in the workshops would often start with a short introduction of theory that might be related to the day’s lesson and then we would move on to practice.
So that day we had dyes and we started the lesson at the desks doing theory.
So it’s the hairdressing teacher and she’s talking to us about dyes.
Specifically, it gives us practical advice and rules of correct professional behaviour and organisation during the dyeing process.
He was explaining how important it is to keep our helper clean and tidy.
My imagination was racing, trying to understand what exactly he was telling us…
I was imagining monsters and she was serious.
Everything fit, but nothing seemed right!
He was right in everything he said but there was no point!
I was starting to get agitated and panic!
Things are tough in hairdressing!
I’m not describing any more…
