The 32nd Athens Fashion Week opened its gates at the impressive venue of The Ellinikon Experience Park!
The longest running event of the Greek fashion industry, Athens Fashion Week returned renewed,
with a summer mood for 5 days full of creativity, glamour and many surprises.
The main venue of Fashion Week is for the first time “The Ellinikon Experience Park”
which is within The Ellinikon, the largest urban regeneration project in Europe, undertaken by Lamda Development.
“The Ellinikon Experience Park”, a 75-acre experiential park with more than 900 trees
but also 80,000 plants of Mediterranean varieties, marks the beginning of a new way of life, full of experiences,
images and emotions, next to nature.
So this is the first part of the large Hellenikon Park that will be handed over to the public in the next few years.
The site is dominated by three air force hangars, which have been declared New Monuments by the Ministry of Culture.
The park has been designed and built according to the principles of sustainable development, marking a new,
a more environmentally friendly approach.
